Day 1

Kunming is one of China's most pleasant cities,a product of its year round mild climate,the Chinese have nicknamed it the "City of Spring".Upon arrival in Kunming,our guide will meet you at the exit of the luggage claim area,and transfer you to the hotel.On the way to the hotel,the guide will give you some information of the city,and recommendation of restaurants and shops near your hotel.Then,you will visit Yunnan Ethic Village-8 minority villages were constructed and represented the minority customs and traditions,it is a best way to know the traditions of Chinese minorities,Yunnan Minorities Museum-a window into the region's interesting manifest of minorities.
Day 2
City: Kunming Transportation: Car Meal: B+L+D
Sights: Stone Forest,Jiuxiang Scenic Area
Shopping: Visit Local Sani Minority Family
After breakfast in the hotel,we will drive you to the
Stone Forest-a geological phenomenon known as Shilin in Chinese.This cluster of dark gray-lime-stone karst formations has been twisted into unusual shapes millions of years ago.Then visit Sani Village and Yi Village-Yi people are the descendants of the Qiang People of northwestern China,Sani is the branch of Yi People.They are scattered across southwestern China in Yunnan.Visit Jiuxiang Scenic Area-Jiuxiang is the largest cave group system with the most numerous karst caves in China.The stalactites in the caves take on different forms and shapes,appears in different colors.
Day 3
City: Kunming/Lijiang Transportation: Air Meal: B+L+D
Sights: Old Town of Shuhe,Baisha Village,Old Town of Lijiang, Mu's Mansion
Shopping: Enjoy Naxi Ancient Music
After breakfast in the hotel,we will transfer you to the airport for your flight to Lijiang.Lijiang was named a UNESCO World Heritage Site,and is home to the Naxi people,who are related to Tibetans but have their own language and culture.Upon arrival at Lijiang,you will visit Old Town of Shuhe-the second largest Ancient Town in Lijiang area,Baisha Village-Baisha is also one of the first settlements of Naxi ancestors.With the world famous Lijiang fresco,the Baisha murals mix the stories in Buddhism,Taoism and Lamaism into one picture.Visit
Old Town of Lijiang-a labyrinth of winding alleys,fish-filled streams,and old Naxi houses with tile rooftops,and Mu's Mansion-residence and working site for Naxi ruler.
Day 4
City: Lijiang Transportation: Car Meal: B+L+D
Sights: Jade Dragon Snow Mountain
Shopping: Ancient Dongba Music
After breakfast in the hotel,drive to the sacred mountain-
Jade Dragon Snow Mountain-one of non-Tibetan China's most spectacular peaks.The mountain's jagged,snow-covered face is one of the defining sights of a trip to Lijiang.The well-maintained road to the scenic area is a nice drive,passing numerous villages and offering fine valley and mountain views.
Day 5
City: Lijiang/Shangri-la Transportation: Car Meal: B+L+D
Sights: Tiger Leaping Gorge,First Bend of the Yangtze River,Shigu Town
Shopping: Tiger Leaping Gorge Trekking
After breakfast in the hotel,you will be transferred to Shangri-la.
With elevation of about 11,500 ft,the city got its name from the famous novel"Lost Horizon"by James Hilton.It was called
Zhongdian as Chinese and Gyalthang as Tibetan name before and it exhibits all the traits of typical Tibetan culture.
Upon arrival at Shangri-la,our guide will transfer you to the old Town of Shangri-la,where you will find the unique building styles of the area.You may wonder around the old town and let time pass by.Later,we will take you to a local restaurant for dinner,then transfer you back to your hotel.Visit the First Bend of the Yangtze River with Shigu Town,and
Tiger Leaping Gorge-home to some of China's most breathtaking mountain scenery.Measuring about 10 miles,the gorge can be leisurely hiked in two days.
Day 6
City: Shangri-la Transportation: Car Meal: B+L+D
Sights: Pudacuo National Park,Songzanlin Monastery
Shopping: Tibetan Cooking Class
After breakfast in the hotel,you will start the full day excursion to the first and only national park in China-Pucacuo National Park.By any standard,Pudacuo qualifies as a natural wonderland.It has a visitor center,two lakes-Bita Lake and Shudu Lake,and a number of interesting minority villages.Then you will visit Songzanlin Monastery-typical Lama Monastery in Yunnan,a faithful imitation of the
Potala Palace in Lhasa,Tibet.We will arrange you both lunch and dinner for today.After the tour,we will transfer you back to the hotel.
Day 7
City: Shangri-la/Kunming Transportation: Air Meal: B+L
Sights: Golden Temple
Shopping: Flowers and Birds Market
After breakfast in the hotel,our guide will transfer you to the airport for your flight back to Kunming.Upon arrival at Kunming,our guide will meet you at the airport for sightseeing to
Golden Temple-it is furnished with walls,columns,rafters and altars made from copper-about 300 tons.Then you will visit the Jingxing Flowers and Birds Market to see the best seller of the city.Our guide will later transfer you either to the hotel or to the airport.
