1. We quote on our website all the China tour prices in US dollars to give our customers an idea of the tour price. However, while making reservation with us, we will quote you in Chinese currency, Chinese Renminbi, Yuan. We will convert the Chinese currency into your currency based on official exchange rate by Bank of China on the very day your deposit or full payment is made.
2. For credit card only customer, China Memory Tour can only draw Chinese Yuan from your card. Your bank or Credit Card Company will convert it into your currency. Please check with your bank or Credit Card Company before you make the payment. And in China, the bank will charge a service fee. So the total amount paid will be more than what you expect.
We are trying all of our efforts to make your on-line tour arrangement paid easily and safely. Meanwhile, we are responsible for the protection of your privacy with regard to the payment process. We now have 5 ways of payment:
1) Payment by credit card. This is the most common way to make the payment successful. Please note: There is a surcharge of 4% by the Chinese Bank.
Please follow the process below:
A) Upon receiving your final approval of the tour itinerary and quotation, our travel consultant will send you a "Credit Card Authorization Form" through E-mail. Please print it and fill it in as per the requested items. (credit card authorization form)
B) Fax the filled form with photocopies of both sides of your credit card used for payment.
C) Fax also the photocopy of your passport, and the page of your passport with your name, picture and nationality, etc.(PS: we also accept the scanned form and send to us via e-mail)
D) We will make the charge based on your authorization letter and copies of your passport.
E) Please make sure the payment is made 30 days prior to the departure of the tour.
2) Payment by Paypal. As the world is getting closer thanks to the help of the Internet. Paypal is the safer way to pay online. It offers the platform as the third party for the buyer and the seller. Paypal accepts Visa, Master, and JCB. If you have an E-mail address, you can get a free account at Paypal, which you only pay 3% of the surcharge.

A) For those who have got a Paypal account, please follow the process shown below.
B) For those who do not have a Paypal account, you will need to sign up for an account to make the payment. If you do not want to have an account, you could just fill in your credit card information like authorization letter, you can also easily make payment at Paypal.
C) Please click the Paypal icon after receiving request from China Memory Tour, then you will be directed to the paying page on www.Paypal.com, just fill in the related user name and credit card information, you can easily make the payment.
D) You will then receive an Success payment e-mail or failure notice e-mail from Paypal.
E) China Memory Tour will also receive an e-mail of success payment notice.
F) Our travel consultant will send you the confirmation letter of operation as soon as we receive your payment
3) Payment via Western Union. If there is Western Union Service around you, you may pay us either deposit or full payment through Western Union. After you finish the transfer, please inform us the full name of the remitter, amount of money, details of your address, and most importantly, the Money Transfer Control Number (short as MTCN) provided by Western Union. Western Union is also a fast, and convenient way of payment. We will get the money you transferred in real time, and will confirm with you as soon as we get your payment.

5) Cash Payment. Last but not least. This is the way we Chinese people like. Please note that deposit cannot be paid by cash unless you could pay us up front. Upon receiving your payment, our guide or representative will offer you a receipt with our official chop.
