Money Matters
If you are heading toward Gansu, Qinghai,or Xinjiang, you may want to stock up on cash here in Xi'an. The use of foreign debit cards is almost impossible as you head farther west, and you'll only be able to cash traveler's checks at Bank of China main branches in major cities. Cash advances on credit cards are possible at most cash machines.
Internet Bars Tourists can easily find internet bars near colleges or universities, usually it costs you 1 - 2 Yuan per hour, but those with better facilities and faster connection speeds may cost more.
